Leadership Practice

An important component of the Leadership Certificate is the Leadership Practice experience, during which you complete 120 hours in an approved placement. The purpose is to encourage you to explore and develop a range of critical skills and competencies within a leadership context. With this goal in mind, it is recommended that you complete your Leadership Practice prior to registering in the capstone course. Please note that the 120 hour leadership practice experience MUST be completed prior to the first class of the Capstone Course.
